Clipper Content Requirements
Clippers must abide by the follow the following Clipper Content Requirements (“Requirements”) when creating and posting Clipper Content or resharing Client Content in connection with the Client Campaigns and the Vyro Platform.
1. Disclose Your Connections
In accordance with the FTC Guides, you must make your connection to the Clients clear to readers, if you are discussing your participation in a Client Campaign or use of the Platform. You must make your connection to Client(s) clear to readers and third parties, if you are discussing or engaging with a Client Campaign that relates to a particular Client.
2. Give Your Honest and Truthful Opinions
Only make claims about a product or service if provided to you in the Client Campaign details or requirements. Do not make claims about Client competitors without Client’s approval or Vyro competitors without Vyro’s approval. Your statements should always reflect your honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences. If a statement is not your opinion, but rather something we or a Client asked you to say, this fact should be made clear to readers.
3. Only Make Factual Statements That Are Truthful and Can Be Verified
Only make a factual statement about a Client/Client Campaign/product/service’s characteristic or quality which is truthful, accurate, and non-misleading. Remember that even if you don't expressly state a fact, it may be implied, and the FTC Guides apply to both express and implied messages.
Only discuss the Platform in a truthful and accurate manner consistent with these Requirements, the Terms, and other materials or instructions provided by Vyro to you from time to time. Do not make claims or representations of potential or guaranteed income or profits in connection with the Platform, or make projections, claims or estimates regarding other participants’ potential, hypothetical, or guaranteed income from the Platform. Do not disclose your own income from the Platform.
4. Respect Intellectual Property Rights
“Intellectual property” is the group of legal rights to things people create or invent. Intellectual property rights typically include copyright, trademark, and trade secret rights, as well as the right to use someone's name, likeness or voice. Only use Client intellectual property as set forth in the Client Campaign details, with express permission, and do not alter or modify any Client intellectual property or Client Content. Only use third-party owned intellectual property with express written permission from the third party.
5. Get Permission for Promotions
You are not authorized to conduct a promotion (sweepstakes, contest, free giveaway, etc.) for Client, using Client products, or for Vyro. Please contact Vyro before proceeding.
6. You Are Personally Responsible For Your Actions
You are liable under federal and state law for your actions with respect to your participation in the Client Campaigns, which makes it critical that you follow these Requirements, as well as all other applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the FTC Guides and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. You should know that we will hold you directly responsible for any claims which arise from your violation of these Terms, or our rights.
7. No Botting, Stealing, or Reposting
Using bots or other similar means to inflate views, impressions, metrics, and/or your performance is prohibited.
All Clipper Content must be your own and posting another Clipper’s Clipper Content is prohibited.
